Just started working through it, but so far so good. Has already helped me create clarity on my goals and remain focused on them, looking forward to doing some more tonight!

Brilliant! Currently on the 30day challenge, holds you accountable and gives you the simple yet effective aim of filling it in everyday.

It's been quite a journey so far, it did change my thinking and things I do. It made me stick to a routine and pushed me out of the DIP every time just by going back and reading why am I doing this what I do it for. Can't wait to see part two how it's going to be and how much more I will progress on my journey. The system doesn't teach you any of this in school, they just program you to be a worker nothing else.
