Beautiful set and amazing customer service
I want to send a HUGE thank you to the entire JazzUpCo team for their amazing customer service. I ordered a large dish set and silverware when we moved into our new home a few months ago and when one set of items arrived not as expected they went out of their way to make it right. I have had these barely 2 weeks and already have marks on them from cutting a steak. Disappointing as these are beautiful just not sure how long they will last. I have handled with gentle care. Only handwashing and hand drying. Now afraid to put them in the dishwasher.
Update: I grabbed some Bar Keepers Friend as suggested and most of the scratches came out! I am so thankful as these plates are absolutely beautiful! I have also ran a few through the dish washed and am pleased they came out looking the same. Thank you for the recommendation and beautiful dinnerware!

Positive surprised
The set came out much nicer than I thought. It’s a kind of oft white (not bright white) and it has a mat finished. The cups have a great size. Definitely not too small. Would buy it again!!
