Fantastic product. Excellent support. Setup takes about 1 hour, bit I am brand new to VR, that was 1/2 the battle. Being able to practice woth your own gun is fantastic. This is a very realistic trainer. Not having recoil is not an issue. And the trigger being a button, again, not an issue. This trainer has all the other benifits if shooting over an over. A couple thiusand rounds in and my shooting has imporved dramatically.

Great communication. Took about 30 days to recieve order but that is due to travel etc. Will do a follow up review once all setup

The setup is a bit tricky. Getting used to the controller mounted and what buttons to use to let go then grab the gun along with calibration adjustments. But once one gets heng of it. Smooth sailing. After only an hour with it i can tell im getring better with the mount.
