There was some damage to a couple panels and one of the cutouts was pretty rough. Not what i would expect from a 1800 dollar bed. I work in shipping and would say for the cost of this bed your packaging needs some work. Maybe consider some flexable plastic edging and a little more foam surrounding the items. Otherwise a nice setup.

Arrived with just a little bit of hidden damage on one of the platform boards but was easily hidden by the mattress.
Packages were cumbersome but it's a whole bed lol.
Assembly was a breeze and I simply love it.
