I love this tea and how easy it is to make !! I also love the fact this company replace the wrong tea received sent to me and I got to keep the plain sweet tea

Poor Delivery

placed an order, and took several weeks, almost 2 months to resolve delivery issue. once issue finally was addressed and resolved, delivery information was not to original delivery address. overall order and subsequent delivery issues were not addressed promptly or correctly, resulting in multiple emails and likely will result in no future orders and potential BBB/AG complaints. Customer service needs to be better equipped to handle when orders don't ship correctly or on time when they are brought to their attention immediately.

I love the product. But they forgot to send the last of my order until I contacted them. Once they got it into the mail it arrived on time.
