AtomStack Hurricane 55W CO2 Laser Cutter

Laser are working great! We have problems with shiping. But Laser is great!

I received my Hurricane at the end of August. I absolutely love it and have enjoyed creating with it. However, almost 1 month to the day the machine would no longer connect to my computer. I tried several different cables, and eventually determined that the USB-C port was bad. I contacted the 24/7 tech support which is not 24/7 and thankfully I was up at 2am when they replied to me. They said they would be expediting a new board to me, this was 9/29. I was told the board was sent and then received and email stating that the board would not be sent until 10/8 due to a national holiday. This is understandable but I was told the board was already sent. Now I will be unable to complete an order in time and I will be losing money. I am frustrated that not only did my machine only work perfectly for a month, but that an expedited request from 9/29 will not even arrive here to me until at least 10/20.

Love it...Just wish the filter connected to the laser. So, When the laser is started the filter starts automatically.
