Spinefitter Trigger Tool

Fantastic addition to the spine fitter. Helped to release knots in my back and shoulder blades and I feel so much better!

Works great maybe even better than advertised

This is a great tool to help keep limber and work the knots out of your body at the same time. The trigger tool really gets in deep and massages the knots out of my lower back after a heavy workout. I have never tried Pilates but if those exercises work as well as the spine fitter I may have to give it a try. Balance Body also deserves credit of handling a shipping issue well that was no one persons fault. They got back to me quickly and followed through with what they said they would do.

Great addition to the spine fitter. Highly recommended.
