Polymer Clay Flower Thread Guides

I received 2 of these instead of one of these and one of the 1” thread guides. I have made more than several attempts to contact her about this, emails, DM’s, commented on posts and still only one reply that said I’ll get back with you and she still hasn’t done that. It’s been several weeks, so she’s had the chance to fix it, very dissatisfied.

I was supposed to get this cutter but ended up getting 2 of the 1.5 thread guides. I’m made more than several attempts to contact her by email, DM’s, I even commented on one of her posts and she replied I get back to you and it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard a word or received the right cutter. Very Dissatisfied!

Owner creates new items so often that are amazing and of course I cannot resist. These cutters and tools are amazing quality.
