Great service!
I received the product and noticed that the screw was not properly engaging, which appeared to be a manufacturing issue. I contacted customer service and, without any problems, received a free replacement product. With the new product, everything works perfectly. I use it for my action camera videos, and it is very stable and reliable. Despite the initial issue, I am very satisfied with both the product quality and the excellent customer service.
