Fermented okra
I love pickled okra, and this did not disappoint! This is one of my favorites and will always be a part of my box.

Second order, one package of Muffalata partially burst with leakage, not catastrophic but had to repackage. Opened one of the Okra (which I love), but a couple of them were too over ripe (big and woody) and were inedible tasting like straw. That happens when picked too late. Young pods are perfectly tender. Just saying. Favorites are all the sauerkraut, Okra (tender ones), and jalapeño stuffed olives (great martini olives). Least favorite are the pickles, decent tasting but too big and a little mushy, prefer smaller tender crispy cukes. New this order but have not tried yet are the red hot sauce, spicy green beans, and veggie mix. Package bursting happens so I understand, pro-tip is picking the Okra (or sorting) young and tender. Consider new offerrings of smaller crispy pickles, jalapeño chiles, and artichoke hearts. Tiny pickle stuffed queen olives would be great martini olives and I would pay a premium for those.
