Well, these will not ever be New York style bagels, they are a wonderful, helpful alternative to the high calorie high carb options that are out there! My husband and I love the high protein, low net carbs, and the benefits that come with Hero bagels. Whether you’re eating them just buttered or with a smear or use them to make a sandwich, they are a wonderful option to have!

These bagels are the best! You don't even need anything on the bagel it great as it is. Toasting it with jelly was so good. They are filling as is. Love it
