Comfrey improves soil
Attractive leaves, and mines nutrients from deep in soil, can be used as green mulch. Seed requires cold stratification--I just planted in potting mix, set in unheated garage (zone 5), and watered. Had near 100% germination.

Easy to cold treat
This is my first time growing comfrey from seed and these are super easy!
I started 6 seeds using the "paper towel method" and placed them in my refrigerator on 12/15, took them out of the fridge(still in plastic baggie) on 12/29, and stuck them under a grow light(and tbh forgot about them) until 01/02. 100% germination rate!

Comfrey seeds
The seeds I received are making beautiful little plants. I cold treated them as suggested and now I have moved them to their second pots. I planted them in seed starting mix and fertilized them with weak compost tea. The seeds that I have bought from you have always been successful.
