Been over a month since i ordered this and it has never showed up
i placed my order July 4th and still has not showed up!! I'm thinking Amazon has a better response time than the Fire Department

Missing 1 rescue pro brush and sponge. I've tried email, phone calls, and now I'm left filling a complaint with the BBB. I'm extremely disappointed in geill rescue. I also need to file my reviews onlime to stop anyone else from making my mistake.
