Good enough

There was a defect with one of the uprights. It was split as if someone took a knife to it. It was small enough that I just put some painters tape over it to hold it together. It was either that or go through additional time and effort to ask for a replacement. The install process went smooth and the instructions were easy to follow. I was not happy to find that you are expected to trim down the uprights to length, though, I skipped that part. Overall, I'm happy with the product and would probably buy again.
