Great Service and excellent product !!

Douglas took the time to talk to me in person to ensure the shoulder pads I ordered for my son were perfect for him based on level of competition, position, weight, height etc. I never thought they would take the time to personally return my call and have a 20 minute conversation with me about my individual 1-shoulder pad purchase ! Can’t say enough about the excellent products at Douglas and their amazing customer service !

My 13 year son was playing Pop Warner football and the pads they issued him were too small. I noticed they did not provide and coverage for his collar bone. I some significant research on the shoulder pads that are on the market plus what the pros are wearing for his positions. So, I ordered the Douglas SP 24SW pads for him. They arrived before the date stated when we checked out. We were not disappointed once they arrived. The sizing video and guide were spot on and they fit him perfectly with some room to grow. After his first game playing RB, OLB and DE he was thoroughly impressed with they way they performed and the comfort. I will say that they are not a give them to your player to put on pads if you want them to fit correctly. Which is pretty much with anything in sports. I am very pleased and have highly recommended them to other coaches and parents that were interested in how my son liked them. I hope to see more players next season with them.

No response to 2 emails i send about returning pads that didnt fit. Still no response as of today

emailed to return a set of pads, never heard back after two emails and 1 phone call. customer service not good.
