The Ice Waffle

I wanted to love these towels and they had many great reviews. I have similar towels from a different company that are much better. The towels are not absorbent and the waffle is scratchy and uncomfortable. I have washed and they do not get softer as stated. Would like to return but now see if purchased during a sale cannot return. Did not see the statement around the holiday time of purchase. Apparently they do not really stand by the product. Not a fan and do not recommend. Worst towel I have tried. Better options for similar towels

I like the color and texture/feel of this tiny blanket but the problem is that I purchased two Teena towels and they are not good “towels” zero absorbency - I purchased these for my kids to take to scout camp so they can use as beach/shower towels that will dry fast and not trap sand- well guess what? They do not absorb. If I needed a tiny blanket it would be great but I do not need tiny nlamkets - I need two towels that will absorb water and dry quickly- these do not work for me- I would like to return for a full refund -
