Replacement for flat sheet

After several months of use, my flat sheet developed damage, but the company replaced it for free, no questions asked. Most companies wouldn’t even consider doing that, it really shows they stand behind their product and value their customers.

Good sheet, questionable customer service

I have not yet used this specific sheet but we have another bamboo sheet set we really like. This sheet was a warranty claim for a jersey bamboo sheet where the seam came unraveled after only 4 washes. That sheet is no longer sold so I think it was a common problem. Customer service was very open to replacing the sheet but the process was not smooth, I would go months with no communication, and it took 10 months to resolve. Then the Customer service agent who finally completed the claim for me sent the new sheet to the wrong address despite me giving him the new address and he repeated it back to me. It was a very frustrating experience.

Had to wait in the replacement but it arrived and is amazing. The quality and print are absolutely perfect. So glad I received a replacement on 6/27.
