Another Trustworthy Brickhouse Product

I'm not any sort of life-hack or sports-nutrition genius, and I've only been using this whey product for a couple of weeks, but the bottom line for me is I trust Brickhouse products. For this protein powder, I definitely feel as though it assists in workout recovery. I take a 1/2 serving immediately after the workout, and then another 1/2 serving 5-6 hours later. At first, I found it a bit tedious to mix, but then I switched from mixing it with a cold beverage, to mixing it with the same room temperature beverage, then after mixing, just adding ice before drinking. BL: so far, so good.

No way? Whey!!

I had heard of this brand from an influencer amd decided to try it. I am pleased at the ease of mixing and the flavor. I like to have minimal ingredients and no artificial anything. I will continue using this product.
