Not quite there

I received this one because the first was too firm. This one is supposed to be the softest but is still hurting my lower back and hips. I’m still using the complimentary mattress topper but it still isn’t quite enough cushion.

Mattress is wonderful! Immediately helped with my husband's neck stiffness and my lower back pain that we used to deal with after waking up. We told everyone about our favorite new bed! Next is new helix pillows.

The mattress was not as plush as I was hoping. My previous mattress had more of a plush, pillowy feel. I loved the cooling feature on my bed. However, it was less noticeable after I put all my linens on top of it. With the added ergoalign layer, I felt the mattress pushing onto my lower back more which takes some getting used to. My sleep has been inconsistent. Some nights are better than others
