Dual Drive ESC

This ESC would not operate the wheels. It did however show a good pairing, however did not get any response to the motors. There were lights on the ESC that lit up when brakes were applied, but nothing else. I have bought two previous ones that I had no issues with. I tried to contact them boys recently but haven't had no response yet.
