Granola bowl's finishing touch

My husband loves this cacao and adds it to a bowl of his own granola like concoction every night. It is nice to have this lovely unadulterated source of cacao.

The best chocolate ever!

I love chocolate. But there is to much sugar with it and cocoa powder is so bitter. I have heard about cacao and decided to try it because it's supposed to be "cleaner" than cocoa. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it is mild and mixing it with fruit or stevia gives it enough sweetness.
