it is delicious. Just be aware it renders a lot of fat. I love it mixed with beef for meatloaf. I pour off the excess fat.

Wow, this is so flavorful without being greasy! I used it as a breakfast patty but with a lightly seasoned gravy. I wish I hadn’t used any gravy because it was a stand alone star. I also wish I would have purchased more than one package in my first box. I’ll know better for my next order.

I made a hamburger out of one and I made tacos of the other. Both were just extremely delicious very tasty
