Swirl in mouth for as long as possible before brushing. Spit in trash, because it will harden when cools. Don’t want it in your drain. Really helps with gums, fresh breath and coconut 🥥 oil is anti microbial so yes it fights the smell. Lovely taste and pairs well with any of the tooth powders. Lovely everything Van Man!!!

I love this stuff. Great for giving uour mouth a refresh. My children love using this too. They always show off how good their mouths smell after using this oil.

Don't be put off if it's solid or very liquidy. It's just because of temperature. After a bit of motion in your mouth, it'll be the same. I'm using it in conjunction with other Van Man products, but my teeth and gums are healthier than they've ever been
