I use the 4 Spice Blend in my first coffee of the day. I do not like ginger, I might even go as far as saying that I hate it. But as part of the 4 spices I can't taste it. On the contrary, I love the taste in my coffee. It's a great start to the day!

Fabulous product

I love all of the dry extracts and the 4 spice blend is lovely for this time of year. I use it in hot milky drinks in the evening, sometimes on its own or with one or two other specific spices if I feel like it. It dissolves easily and is a lovely balance, especially the warmth of the gingers.
