Terrible Quality and Customer Service!

My hair extensions after a week and a half have gone dry and yellow. I have done everything correctly and purchased the whole Remi cachet range for after care. I have been wearing hair extensions for 12 years and have salon experience so I know how to care and maintain hair extensions. £800 spent and the quality is terrible, I’m gutted!
