Good with one bone to pick

First off, within 1 week, I felt a difference on my skin. I love how it feels. The spray pattern is relaxing and feels soft. My one nitpick is the mount the handheld shower head rests upon. If you have a small shower like I do, the mount has the shower head point at the back wall. If I'm standing in the middle of the shower, the water is hitting the top of my head. Before entering the shower, if I dont have the head facing away from the shower curtain, it will spray and leak out of shower creating a puddle. Will I continue utilizing this product? Yes due to its benefits on my skin, I will. However, I would wish there was a different mount. So that the showerhead would aim towards the middle of shower... not the back.

Awaiting Installation of replacement

So far, I had some thread problems connecting various pieces, and have received a replacement set. Because I have had rotary cuff surgery, I am unable to install the replacement until I can get someone to do it for me. With the 4th of July, and summer vacations, I have yet to find someone to take the existing contraption apart and replace it with the new pieces. So I will save my review until I have a full working system. Thank you for sorting out my problem with the various pieces which would not install correctly. I appreciate your patients.Joanada

I know it may seem silly to some to rave about a handheld shower device...I love mine from Eskiin! I moved to a brighter, happier home & am enjoying quick & thorough showers with the multi-stream shower head. Best investment for a spa.at.home experience. Dls
