I ordered the regular showerhead, but decided that I really wanted a handheld the Customer Service service department and the instructions walked me through the process. The installation was easy and I'm very satisfied.

Love it

I changed this handheld shower head in about three minutes. No leaks! I love using it knowing my water is so much more pure. Thank you skiing!! I’ve bought a second one for my other shower. 🙌🙌🙌

Easy Peasy

Changing the filter is easy. I worried that I might have some difficulty due to arthritis in my hands, but I had no trouble. Regarding the handheld shower head itself, it’s a bit heavy. I wish they’d put the filter portion of the device at the opposite end of the hose (where the water comes in from the wall) instead of in the handheld part itself. That would make the shower head less heavy to hold.
