It is so convenient to take your detox shake powder with you and mix with water when it is time to drink.

Nice thought but it doesn't shake well enough to dissolve the powder.

I like the mouthpiece on the bottle and the fact that you can use the attachable compartments to bring the powder mix with you as you go about your day or are at work. However, the shaker ball is not very effective, and a ton of powder gets stuck around the edges of the bottom of the cup, every time. I feel like I'm massively shaking it, but there is still at least 1 tsp + of powder stuck at the bottom - wasted product, every time. It's so frustrating, I stopped using mine and use my noisy nutribullet to mix my drink now instead. I wouldn't recommend the cup since it doesn't fulfill it's main intended purpose, to shake up your powder until it dissolves.
