Spanish Cod Croquettes

These were stick together so need to all be used, you can’t just decide to cook some of them. We put them in the air fryer and sprayed a little oil on which I think was a mistake as they completely collapsed, burst open etc.

They taste was very good, but we needed a magnifying glass to find the cod !

Very nice & tasty. I docked a star because they lost shape and collapsed in the air fryer. Didn’t affect the taste but spoiled the look. May be better deep fried
