I really like the bag and absolutely love the aesthetics. For my particular use, I am searching for a bit more structure. If you sold optional inserts for the bag that added that structure I would be a buyer.

I believe I should have gotten the other style. Perhaps a will one day. The other “carry all” has more secure pockets & places for my iPad. I didn’t get the best look at the inside of the bag I purchased. I’ll still use it,great bag, just not what I expected.

This was a replacement bag as the first one I ordered had a strap that came off the second time I used it. Customer service was excellent and sent me out a new one extremely quickly and I’m very happy with it.
