Lifetime Harness

Finally!

After trying everything on the market designed to help control an enthusiastic Bernedoodle for six years, we have finally found the perfect answer in the Lifetime Harness. It is easy for me to put it on our dog and easy for her to tolerate the quick slip on and clip design. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

2 year old shepherd mix who is wound tight -

2 year old shepherd mix who is full of energy and some anxiety issues. We walk twice a day. She’s worn the harness for several weeks now. It’s was too tight under belly and causing sore under arms. Customer service helped me with getting the right fit. After that it’s improved and she’s doing well with her walks. Having the sturdy clip on the front chest allows for more control when the squirrels bunnies other dogs pass by.

solid harness, doesn't last long

This harness seems great, but we've had to buy two of them in just the last few weeks. The most recent one only lasted a single day. Our dog regularly goes on walks and plays with other dogs, and he has now come home twice with the harness ripped through. It's unclear whether the damage was caused by him or another dog. While this isn't necessarily a product defect, it's not something we've experienced with his previous Orvis harnesses, which we'll likely switch back to since the material appears to be much more durable. This is a great-looking product, but it doesn't seem to be the best option for our very playful 8-month-old Labrador.
