I love how pretty my hydro is, and my favorite part is that even though there's not a handle on the side I am still able to grasp it from the handle on the top of the lid. Leak proof and keeps it cool.

I love the size, the versatility of the sip and chug options and that there’s a hidden handle you can pop out when needed! The ease2o is a new fav!

honestly really disappointed. I ordered 4 of these new ease bottles because normally I’m a huge hydrojug fan. And I still do love the OG’s. However these ease bottles are non functioning. one of my 40 oz straw portion doesn’t even work when I push on the button. And the other 3, every time I push the button they feel jammed. And sometimes it takes multiple pushes for the other 3 to eventually do the “slow ease”. As someone who has worked plenty of customer service jobs Im also really disappointed how customer service handled the situation as well.
