Feedback on My First Order Hello, My name is Samuel André. I recently placed my first order with your company, and I would like to continue working together, especially as I plan to place larger orders in the future. However, I was a bit disappointed with this first shipment. There were more Grade B items than expected, with several showing stains or small holes. Based on my calculations, about 30% of the items were Grade B, which is quite high. On top of that, I had to pay an additional 20% in taxes. I appreciate that you included a few extra pieces to compensate, but overall, the value of the order didn’t fully meet my expectations. That said, the jackets were beautiful — I just wish there had been more Grade A items. I hope we can improve on these points for the next orders. Can I count on better quality next time?
