Fluoride Filter Add-On

Installation was not hassle free as the video didnt show the connections clearly. Found a you tube which did and then was very simple to install. Customer services Julia was very helpful in sorting things out.

Thought I was receiving a replacement as I purchased the fluoride add on a year ago, but I received a whole new system. Was a bit confused. Is that right?

I am into my second year of using the water 2 filter and fluoride filter. The water taste great and I have peace of mind with it's quality. Installation is easy along-side installing replacements.
