0/5 Sternen (Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Minus-Sterne geben) Absolute Betrüger und Abzocker! Ich habe meine Bestellung bereits am 17. Juli aufgegeben, heute ist der 12. August – von der Ware fehlt jede Spur, und mein Geld wollen sie natürlich auch nicht zurückerstatten. Seit fast einem Monat werde ich jeden verdammten Tag per E-Mail dreist angelogen, dass das Paket "jeden Moment ankommt". Sie kassieren einfach das Geld ab, verschicken die Produkte nie und der "Kundenservice" (KI) dient nur dazu, den Kunden mit billigen Ausreden hinzuhalten. Das unprofessionellste und mieseste Unternehmen, mit dem ich je zu tun hatte. Macht einen riesigen Bogen um Penrose Skin, wenn ihr euer Geld und eure Nerven nicht verschwenden wollt. Reine Abzocke!

Bascially false advertising. These dont smell anything close to what the are dupes of scent wise, and definitely dont project or last long on skin. And trying to get a return refund is next to impossible. Take days tonrespond then when they finally do its tonsay your not applying it right lol. Then say tey again and then delay so it ousshes past the 30 day time frame to return. Avoid at all cost. Lol at 12 hrs
