I liked the on-line service and ordering. I like the product Soaring High. The installation was very simple. The product looks nice on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. My only dislike was the shipping. The product was shipped by USPS. My purchase was promised June 9th. It was stuck somewhere in transit. I received the purchase on June 24th after inquiring with USPS as to where my purchase was in transit. The package was slightly bent, but not enough to affect the product. I was able to straighten it out before installation.
