Absolutely pathetic. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my golf clubs. They’re shipping from California ,not another country yet somehow this company can’t get an order delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The original delivery date came and went with no clubs, no real explanation, and no urgency to make it right. When you spend good money on golf equipment, you expect at least basic customer service and reliable shipping. Apparently that’s too much to ask. A month of waiting for an in-stock order is unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill orders on time, don’t promise delivery dates you can’t meet. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually values its customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

You will need to get a new grip if you like the fat grips but very well balance.
