Matcha & Raspberry Indulgence Cake

Fantastic cake!

We absolutely love Patisserie Valerie, we've had a few orders now for different occasions and the cakes are always beautiful and taste amazing! I ordered the matcha and Raspberry cake a few weeks in advance for a 30th birthday and unfortunately it was damaged before it arrived to us two days before the birthday, the customer service was absolutely fantastic and they managed to get a replacement to us the next day! This cake is beautiful and tastes amazing! Fantastic company, can't fault the quality of the product or customer service at all, it will continue to be our go to!

This was my first time ordering a cake here but it will definitely not be the last as the matcha and raspberry cake was so delicious. The sponge is super light but still moist, all the creams are a delight, just the right amount of sweetness and very fresh. The matcha flavor comes through clearly and pairs really nicely with the raspberries. The cake arrived very securely packaged and it was still chilled nicely.

Sent for my daughter’s bday… perfect cake for her taste.. reached on time.. in perfect form … as beautiful as it looks in picture! Can’t expect better. Thank you !
