These are amazing. I put them in my Sketchers and Keen walking/hiking boots. I needed more arch support as I have high arches and other parts of my feet were doing all the work. With good arch support all of my foot takes my weight. I bought 2, but will be putting these in all my shoes.

I've tried many soles and had high hopes for this one. Sadly they aren't much better than the others I've tried. I still get sore heels. I haven't used them on a super long hike yet but with the testing on smaller ones so far I can tell that I'll still get blisters. I put duct tape on the bottom of my feet to prevent blisters. I'll keep doing that.

These have helped me out a lot. I have both knee problems as well as the beginnings of what may be plantar fasciitis in one of my feet. I thought these would be worth a try. They have made my shoes so comfortable. I look forward to putting them on because it’s so cushy. I’ve since read that I was supposed to get a firmer insole for the plantar fascia issue, but since I am seeing definite results, I am just going with it. These DO offer some arch support where I need it. Overall, great buy.
