Is the black inner liner supposed to be sticky? I assumed it would be a nice felt or something. Still, it works nicely, and i think actually improves the tone of my banjo uke.

Get the other one.

It basically requires modifying to work properly.

I can play banjo without disturbing others in house. Would recommend to everyone that wants to play at odd times.
