I used the apple rub along with the butter bath, apple butter and the apple habanero glaze to make these ribs. Definitely and do again!

Smoke Turkey breast was the biggest hit! Base layer was the AP rub with the top layer of Apple rub.
My sauce consisted of 50-50 with the vinegar, barbecue sauce and the competition barbecue sauce. W/ W sauce fires hire,minced garlic, Kerrigold butter and some apple rub.

Loved all of your rubs. Our guests said it was the best they ever had and I would have to agree. Loved the glaze and can not wait to do it again. Great depth of flavor. Butter bath was a game changer, why have I not done that before?
