Think I’m addicted to this now! Just love the flavour, add it to yoghurt, or my kefir, onto my toast and marmalade, even over poached eggs. Anything. The fact that it’s also doing me good, makes it a win win.

Just started using this cardamon extract this week. I love the flavour in my afternoon tea and other drinks. Also, I seem to be sleeping better. Thank you for this.

Helps with hot flushes & tastes great

I’m loving this, mix it into my muesli & yoghurt in the morning & take it mixed with yoghurt just before bed. It seems to help reduce my hot flushes, plus it tastes lovely, so I’m hooked.
