Different size.
I ordered 2 of the 3 inch shell savers about 4 months ago. They fit great and worked great. I ordered some more 2 weeks ago. They are a different size. They won’t fit 12ga 3inch. Confirmed that I ordered the same thing both times.

Great Product & Customer Service
I recently purchased a couple of the 3" shell savers and I have to admit, I'll likely never carry a physical box of shells to the blind anymore. The shell savers are made of a great quality design and material. I totally overlooked the fact that they were neoprene when I purchased them and when I received the shipment I was even happier than expected with the design and the way the shells fit in the saver. Also, when my shipment arrived I only had one of the two savers I had ordered so I immediately reached out to customer service (around 7 PM), and by 8:30 AM the next day I had a response saying they would ship out the second saver and provided tracking information at that time. I love Rig 'em Right for two reasons, their products are of great quality and their customer service is impeccable.
