Seems to be going well

Taking 11 capsules a day seemed daunting but they are easy to get down. I have no reason to believe they're not helpful but have not had a bone density test since starting the supplements 4 months ago (hence 4 instead of 5 stars). I do have confidence in the company.

Strong bones

I started taking this product a couple years ago after being diagnosed with osteopenia. The little daily packets make it easy to take. I take one packet daily because of the cost (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating). Next year I will be taking my bone density again and hopefully I will have better results.
