I contacted customer service about a bottom spinner that had separated into 2 pieces from the set that I had purchased, and was set replacements that arrived quickly.

Great company great products. I ordered the flag spinners and flag poll. Nobody makes a better flag spinner and flag poll than this company. A little expensive but the quality made it worth it, no regrets.
