I appreciate how these filters purify my water. It makes me feel good to know I am doing something good for my health. I can get a little impatient sometimes waiting for them to filter the water but know it's for a good reason.

I am giving it 4 stars because the preparation prior to installing it is not user friendly for somebody who has a handicap and able to use only 1 hand and if I did not prep it right, the flow of water through it is affected, too slow. Can you devise a way to prep the filter that would be easier and simpler even for someone who has a handicap? Other than that, the filter works great because the water we drink tastes fresh, no smell, no funny taste and clear.
