The Water Machine

Simple, yet genius design. Looks very sharp and elegant in my home. I believe this item to be revolutionary and a "game changer"! I was initially disappointed when one part was faulty and another part was missing, but I called David and I received both replacement parts very quickly via Priority Mail and at no charge. Such good, prompt service after a sale is rare these days. I love my Water Machine! 500 stars!!

This is really a great product and I haven’t had any real issues yet. I will say, though that I would recommend a couple design changes, in the picture I took you can see you can’t get all the water all the way out of the spout because it is too high from the bottom so there’s about 3/4 of a gallon that won’t come out because the spout is too high. the top level that holds the filters it also does not drain all the way because I guess it’s seeming like the filters do not reach all the way down to the bottom of the top jar. But either way the filters work for the water it touches and the water tastes great
