good quality great customer service, I ask them to ship to canada. they did it without problem. I instal it on revel. So, I wanted to hide the old hole in the door. to do it, I had to make a new bottom bracket. With a custom built bracket I was eable to put it exacly where I want it. Just wish the design has little bit more space betwen the lader and the door. (but is ok, I don't go on the roof every day) height is perfect, with a low profil ac and this ladder, my revel can easily pass into 10f garage door.
