For a vegan , female over 60 it’s important that I get enough protein. Third party testing is critical to know what is actually in the powder! No heavy metals, thank you! Complement doesn’t have the chalky taste or any taste at all. I’m grateful for this clean product, my husband just switched from a brand of flavored powder to Complement and he’s on board too! Daily grind

As a woman over 60 and with oesteopina on the horizon, I wanted to find a way to increase my daily protein intake (in addition to strength training). A friend suggested adding protein powder to my daily cup of coffee. I’m so glad to find this (unflavored) plant based protein powder. I’ve only had it for 10 days, I’ve used it daily in my coffee and used it in a batch of oatmeal cookies.
