Description
This is our house-made prime ground chuck burger infused with garlic thyme butter, smoked bacon, BBQ rub, and finished off with a coarse black pepper rim. Sold individually.
They are approximately 8 ounces each.

The alpine burgers were very tasty and juicy. The mouth feel was great. It was not like a compressed hockey puck at all. Highly recommend!

So good!
These are the most delicious burgers I've EVER had! We like them either grilled or pan seared in a well-worn cast iron pan. I particularly like 'em with a melt slice of local muenster cheese. The best!
